Linder Law office got medical records from 1987-88 which supported claimants allegations and established a long history of mental problems and her diagnosis was supported by her current therapist. The ALJ gave little weight to the State Agency psychologist consultant in that the medical evidence of record was consistent with the record as a whole. Claimant was disabled as of November 30, 2006.

The Appeals Council also ruled that the hypothetical posed to the Vocational Expert did not include consideration for the claimant's adjustment disorder and depressed mood.
