Claimant was a 52 year old male. The Claimant had degenerative disk disease and bulging lumbar disks at L3-4. There was mild stenosis at L4-5. Claimant had limited lumbosacral spine flexion and restric ... ted straight leg raising while sitting. There was medical evidence that claimant had problems sitting and standing for prolonged periods. Claimant had a high school education and suffered from depression and there were indications of borderline intellectual functioning. The Administrative Law Judge ruled that the claimant met Vocational Rules under 201.14 as of the date he turned age 50. Claimant will receive back benefits for almost three years.
