The lung function capacity tests and other tests did not meet a listing requirement. The Claimant had over 8 Emergency Room visits for shortness of breath and swelling of limbs in 2008. The Illinois Bureau of Disability Determination stated claimant had no phsycial limitations, however, the treating source physician diangosed the claimant with severe osteoporosis which degraded the functional capacity of the claimant. The ALJ ruled that the onset date was February of 2008 in acordance with the osteoporosis and in recognition of the severity of the COPD/Asthma.
