Fast and Professional Service
Mr. Kennedy represented me in a speed ticket. I had received one within the past year in a neighboring county, which meant that my "freeby" of "Improper Equipment" was used up. Did a GREAT job
Mr. Kennedy's law firm recently represented me in a case that stemmed from a low speed traffic accident. They did a phenomenal job. The bogus claim was dismissed, and I received no points on my license. Thanks Mr. Kennedy!

Speeding Ticket Reduced
Mr. Kennedy got my speeding ticket reduced, and it didn't count against my license, I paid his fee and court costs to the Clerk of the Court, so it was successfully resolved.

Mr. Kennedy has represented me on two separate occasions for driving infractions: speeding on 540 and making a left turn on a red in downtown Raleigh. He was able to get them resolved as stated and is always responsive. I actually went to him in the first place based on referral.
