We used this attorney for my step son who had received a speeding ticket and was involved in a mva that was his fault. He paid fines, took safety class and I was advised that there would be no insurance or license points. Unfortunately we had both and I didn't find out until we were up for auto insu...rance renewal and our insurance doubled in the monthly payment. I contacted his office several times after this and didn't receive any response. Which surprised me because before they were very diligent in speaking with me and guiding me through the process. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

I called and (like the others said) Mr. Kennedy answered the phone. He was confident about what he could do for me which was much better than the attorneys I had consulted before him. I know there are no guarantees but he was able to deliver exactly what he advised on the initial call. I would recom...mend talking to Mr. Kennedy about your traffic citations.

I had a situation where I got 2 speeding tickets in a short span - I had already hired Mr. Kennedy to represent me for the first one, but when I got the second ticket, I was a complete wreck!! I called him crying and extremely upset worrying about losing my license. Mr. Kennedy was so calm and kind ...on the phone reassuring me that it would be OK and that he would surely get the cases resolved without huge repercussions for me. And he did! I ended up only paying ticket/court costs but did not get any points on my license (to my GREAT relief) I felt so relieved after getting off the phone with him that day. He resolved my cases quickly and efficiently and always gave extremely prompt feedback to my emails and questions via email as well. I would highly recommend Mr. Kennedy!
