YES!

Mr. Kennedy appeared in court on my behalf in Chatham County. He was able to have my speeding ticket significantly reduced and was also successful in having the Careless and Reckless Driving charge dismissed. I highly recommend Mr. Kennedy's services.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

We used this attorney for my step son who had received a speeding ticket and was involved in a mva that was his fault. He paid fines, took safety class and I was advised that there would be no insurance or license points. Unfortunately we had both and I didn't find out until we were up for auto insu...rance renewal and our insurance doubled in the monthly payment. I contacted his office several times after this and didn't receive any response. Which surprised me because before they were very diligent in speaking with me and guiding me through the process. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

Traffic tickets resulting from a motor vehicle accidents are usually resolved with a complete dismissal of the violation providing there are no aggravating circumstances. A dismissal of the case results in no points being assessed against either the DMV record or the insurance. However, the insurance company may assess you points as the result of the driver of the other vehicle making a claim against your insurance policy. This depends on the specific terms of your policy. This is a separate issue from the traffic violation that in this case was dismissed completely in court. Unfortunately, this is a common misunderstanding in cases of this nature. We do try to inform our clients of this possibility during our consultations and we are always available to answer any questions afterwards.

Not the First Time!

Mr. Kennedy is a great attorney. Unfortunately, I have contacted his office several times for speeding tickets. Each time I always get a quick reply and great service along with the outcome I want. I highly recommend Mr. Kennedy and his staff for service you can depend on. He's the best!

18 with first Speeding ticket

During his trip heading back to college my son was stopped & issued a speeding ticket for 62 in a 45 zone. It was his first ticket but we were concerned about the effect it would have on our car insurance. I contacted Mr. Kennedy for a phone consultation. In a professional manner, he walked me throu...gh the process step by step. He represented my son in court, convinced the court to amend the original charge to a reduced charge. Our only task was to mail the assessed court costs and fines directly to the Orange County Courthouse. I highly recommend Mr. Kennedy to perform your legal maneuvers for speeding infractions.

Thank Goodness!

I got a speeding ticket on the way to a medical appointment. I received 10-15 of letters in the mail from attorneys seeking to represent me. Instead, I went online and found Mr. Kennedy. He was very professional and was able to downgrade the violation, leaving no points and no impact on my insurance.... I can't thank him enough.

"Kevin is a great example of why attorneys don't deserve the bad reputations we seem to have. He is a learned and forthright advocate for his clients and he can be counted on to do what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it. That is priceless. You can trust Kevin Kennedy."
