Kevin Michael Kennedy

I contacted Kevin Kennedy after I received a ticket for Careless & Reckless Driving going 96 MPH in a 55 zone and Failure to Notify of change for my TN driver's license, either because of expiration or an address change. Either way, Kevin was able to get my original charge reduced to Exceeding a Post...ed Speed, and all of the other charges dismissed. This was not even my first ticket; it was my second speed-related ticket in NC, and third speed/reckless charge including one in VA within less than 5 months. This does not even take into account any traffic tickets I acquired in CA within the past 12 months. Furthermore, before the case was even resolved, I had already acquired another speeding charge in TN. After all of this, Kevin still being able to get any of my charges reduced, let alone dismissed, is an incredible feat. Therefore, I highly recommend him.
