I'm a North Carolina native who grew up in Norfolk, Virginia. I attended Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School and went on to graduate from Old Dominion University where he dual majored in Philosophy and Political Science.
During college I also studied in Panama City, Panama for 10 months stay. During my stay I also traveled and volunteered assisting school children with conversational English.
After graduating from Old Dominion University, I received a partial scholarship to Regent University. In my first year I received The Eagle Award in both torts and property, an honor given to the student for having the highest grade in the class. During Law School I volunteered for the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia, and interned for the Virginia Beach Public Defender and Newport News Commonwealth Attorney.

Kevin was there from the beginning. He always gave us current information, checked on me and my family’s well being, and just generally cared. I would highly recommend him and his company if you have been injured
"I am an attorney in the area. I refer cases to Kevin at Cooper Hurley because he is honest and I can trust that he has the knowledge and passion to deliver high quality legal representation. I endorse Kevin."
