Biography
Paige is an experienced trial attorney who focuses her practice on the defense of skilled nursing, assisted living and long-term care facilities, physicians, hospitals, as well as other health care professionals. This includes complex civil litigation involving claims of malpractice, negligence, personal injury, and premises liability.

Prior to joining the Firm, Paige’s practice focused on representation of injured plaintiffs as well as defense of insureds, businesses, educational institutions and individuals on matters including claims of personal injury, negligence, product liability, premises liability, as well as contract and business disputes.
Paige has experience litigating matters in Virginia’s Federal Courts as well as General District, Circuit, and Juvenile and Domestic Relations courts in jurisdictions to include Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, Suffolk, Franklin, York County, Richmond, Henrico and Chesterfield.

Paige began her career in public service for the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission’s Hampton and Norfolk offices where she tried hundreds of bench and jury trials in defense of adults and juveniles charged with both felony and minor offenses.
