Biography
I am a seasoned municipal and real estate attorney with extensive experience advising cities, developers, and community organizations on land use, housing, and development matters throughout Southern California. My practice focuses on helping local governments and private clients navigate complex entitlement processes, zoning and planning regulations, and real estate transactions.
Before my public-sector work, I was involved in affordable housing development and property acquisition, which continues to inform my practical and solutions-oriented approach. I take pride in bridging legal, policy, and community perspectives to achieve balanced, lasting results.
