I was having a very hard time with the property management/owner of my rental home. Post two water line breaks from faulty, and recalled plumbing, that hadn't been replaced, the owner finally decided to fix the expensive problem. The communications between myself, several individuals within the prope...rty management, and the owner was poor, and all reasonable efforts to vacate the breached lease with reasonable compensation was exhausted to the point of the owner just wanting me to get out ASAP. I hired "5 Star K.R." and in one letter, advising of the violations, inconveniences, rights, intentions, and more importantly what the LAW says! Boots are shaking! I received an email today 4/7/2018 from the property management advising expect a call Monday to discuss arrangements (to which I replied email it, as verbal communications don't stand well at this point) While I don't trust that all will be properly addressed, I feel good about knowing I have "5 Star K.R." in front of me and being ready to take necessary actions in court if needed. Thank you, Katie, Sorry for the nickname, but all superheroes have them!
