He agreed to take my case and then never followed through. I finally tried to get in touch with him after not hearing from him for several months. He never returned my phone calls and emails. I requested an itemized statement from him showing what he did for the fee I paid him. I have yet to receiv...e a statement. I have since hired an attorney who is persuing my case.

John does not listen and he charges too much!! He screwed up our case and now we have to basically start all over with a real lawyer who knows what he is doing. John took on a case that he is not capable of handling and refuses to give us a partial refund when he actually didn't do anything to help ...our case. We spoke to other lawyers who confirmed that we were getting screwed. He would tell you one thing and then tell you something else the next time you talked to him. He provided very poor advise and was not aggressive enough. I would not and will not ever recommend John to anyone I care about!!!
