This review is long overdue and should have been written back in September. I walked into Grace Immigration over four years ago, and I do not regret it one bit. Ms. Jenniffer Smyrnos not only listened to my case attentively but also made me feel completely safe. I felt confident moving forward, kn...owing I had a caring and dedicated attorney by my side. Thanks to her guidance, I received my initial two-year green card. When it was time to file for the removal of conditions, she stayed in touch, consistently followed up, and provided clear instructions on how to proceed when my circumstances changed. I am thrilled to say that I eventually received my permanent green card, and I am eternally grateful for her support. She was always reassuring, eased my fears and concerns, and maintained professionalism and compassion throughout the process. Three days ago, I graduated with my bachelor’s degree—something I never thought possible as a new immigrant without proper documentation. I owe so much of this achievement to Ms. Smyrnos. At first, we applied for my husband's citizenship on our own without an attorney. His application was denied in December 2021. At this point we knew we needed a lawyer. After a consultation with Mrs. Jennifer that same month, we decided to hire her team to represent us in an appeal process that she... recommended for his case. We had very little time to respond to the denial, but Jennifer, Maria and Monse were all very knowledgeable, helpful and quickly responded to emails and questions we had while we gathered documents and information for them to submit the appeal application. After an error on USCIS' end when the application was submitted, Jennifer's quick response and knowledge of the laws allowed our appeal application to be accepted when resubmitted. Here we are 5 months later in May 2022, my husband's appeal interview last week was a success, and his citizenship application was approved. His oath ceremony has already been scheduled. Jennifer and her team are the best. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They did not leave me on my own after filing my case and receiving their fee. Anytime that I reached out to them to ask a question or concern, they got back to me very quickly with the best and most thoughtful answers.... They helped me very patiently with the change of address, and rescheduling my interview which happened because I moved to a different state while my case was still under review. We called to make an appointment with Ms Jennifer January of last year and we were able able to get an appointment within a week of calling. Let’s just say it was a great experience from beginning to end. While this process we knew was going to be overwhelming for us and couldn’t handle it all my ou...rselves, we knew we wanted a lawyer we could rely on and would help in easing the process. Ms Jennifer and her team were always there to answer every questions we have, and responded to questions as soon as she could. In six months from the time she sent all documents I got my green card and what a relief. I couldn’t have done this without you all. My husband and I are very much thankful. It requires patience, Ms Jennifer will not send off any documents to USCIS until she feels confident enough that everything and all the necessary documents have been put together, so you just have to be patient and trust her that she knows why she is doing. I say thy because I personally wanted everything to work like magic and had to get out of my head and let her do her job and send the documents off when she was confident enough that It was time to send it to USCIS. 6 months now I have my green card, and I haven’t stopped looking at it.
