My wife and I contacted Jennifer Grace Smyrnos after dealing with many other immigration law firms and being told there wasn't anything we could do to progress our permanent residency case. This process took us about 5 years and I needed to renew my work authorization multiple times throughout the process. Jennifer guided us through the EAD renewal process while also progressing our permanent residency application. She skillfully translated all the complex legal jargon into clear instructions for my wife and myself to understand. We called to make an appointment with Ms Jennifer January of last year and we were able able to get an appointment within a week of calling. Let’s just say it was a great experience from beginning to end. It requires patience, Ms Jennifer will not send off any documents to USCIS until she feels confident enough that everything and all the necessary documents have been put together, so you just have to be patient and trust her that she knows why she is doing. I say thy because I personally wanted everything to work like magic and had to get out of my head and let her do her job and send the documents off when she was confident enough that It was time to send it to USCIS. 6 months now I have my green card, and I haven’t stopped looking at it.
