At first, we applied for my husband's citizenship on our own without an attorney. His application was denied in December 2021. At this point we knew we needed a lawyer. After a consultation with Mrs. Jennifer that same month, we decided to hire her team to represent us in an appeal process that she... recommended for his case. We had very little time to respond to the denial, but Jennifer, Maria and Monse were all very knowledgeable, helpful and quickly responded to emails and questions we had while we gathered documents and information for them to submit the appeal application. After an error on USCIS' end when the application was submitted, Jennifer's quick response and knowledge of the laws allowed our appeal application to be accepted when resubmitted. Here we are 5 months later in May 2022, my husband's appeal interview last week was a success, and his citizenship application was approved. His oath ceremony has already been scheduled.
