I was recently involved in a case regarding a possible alleged sexual assault case. I had never been in a situation where I would have needed to consult an attorney but was recommended Jenn by a family friend. Ms. Kilpatrick helped me with a unique case in which my 16 year old son loaned our car to a 15 year old girl who subsequently rolled the vehicle. Through unusual circumstances, I was charged with failure to report the accident and aiding and abetting, which held serious consequences. While I was on probation for a felony, I was involved in a minor legal matter. Ordinarily, this would not be a big deal, but, if convicted, my probation would have been revoked.
