About Jennifer
Biography
I am an advocate for my clients and work tirelessly to help them obtain work permission and legal immigration status in the U.S. My own experiences as a naturalized U.S. citizen serve as constant reminders of the hopes and fears my clients face.
My work is about more than just getting approvals. I believe in working with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
I have a passion for helping bi-national couples achieve legal status in the U.S. in order to build their lives together. I thrive on reuniting U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents with their spouses, children, siblings, and parents by obtaining visa approvals for them at U.S. Embassies worldwide.
When I am not working on family based immigration cases, I strive to obtain protection for men, women, and children seeking asylum in the U.S.
After my clients obtain their permanent residence (green card), I continue to work on their behalf. I guide individuals with their citizenship applications and removal of conditions on permanent residence for those with two-year valid green cards (Form I-751).
It is a pleasure and an honor to be a part of my clients' immigration journeys.
