Thank you Jennifer!

I am a Disabled Veteran that was living overseas in Japan for 27 years. I was told by the U.S. Government that I would be transferring back to the states to work for the Air Force, so my wife and I went to the US Embassy to apply for her green card. I figured hey I'm a disabled Veteran married with... two biological daughters aged 6 and 1yrs so this should be a mere formality…WRONG her visa request was denied there at the Embassy. We were told we could apply for a waiver. I was devastated when the waiver request I filed for my wife was denied. By that time, I had already moved to the U.S. to get a home and prepare for my family’s arrival. I googled Immigration Lawyers and many companies appeared and Thank the Lord I chose the one I did because there was a Lady named Mrs. Jennifer Whitlock licensed Immigration Lawyer. I admit I was emotional when I spoke with her my first visit because I served my country, became injured on duty, stayed overseas to build a life from the shattered pieces of my Naval career shorted by my accident. and now I have nowhere to turn and I was exhausted from failure to be the man of my family and bring them home. I met Jennifer, explained everything you just read and she told me a reasonable fee and her every effort to bring my family home. I worked on gathering the necessary evidence to build our case. All the while I was doing what she requested she always emailed me positive words on my progress, and stayed in touch with me respectfully on her time because (1) I wasn't her only client and (2) I knew if I didn't hear from her she was busy handling my case!! After all my paperwork was submitted Mrs. Whitlock sent me a copy of the massive file she sent the USCIS approx. 3 months later I received a Email from the USCIS stating>>>APPROVED!!!!!!!! I cried and Thanked My Heavenly Father for blessing me after 1 year and 8 months with my family reuniting again. Without the Professional help and confidence of Mrs. Whitlock I can honestly say my family would not be in their beds sleep downstairs now as I type this review. Our government denied me of my family, had me pay ridiculous fees to lengthen my time away from my family and that made me angry but instead I share my story with you because Mrs. Whitlock gave me something no one else could and that was the feeling that everything was going to be all right and ultimately the re uniting of my family. I wanted to use the full 4000 words to show my respect to the woman that brought my Family HOME!!!!! and to let you all read a similar situation that you may be in or knows someone that is. Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer put an end on my 21 years of Immigration struggle

Word can't explain my gratitude to Jennifer and her Law Firm's continued fight for my immigration case and gain the win finally. Very knowledgeable, prompt in response, very affirmative attitude towards clients lack of knowledge on immigration and beyond all very informative about the current immigra...tion policies, and let the client know about it. I have faced a severe situation with my case and have tried the prominent lawyers in Los Angeles,CA and Missouri, but it would have been a long done case if I would have taken Hacking Law Practice before. I wish every success on her carrier and would highly recommend everyone to try the Hacking Law Firm, if you have any immigration difficulties.

Very helpful, Knowledgeable immigration attorney!

We employed Jennifer for help with our K1 Fiancé Visa. We thought the process would be a horrendous year long affair but With Jennifer's help the process became much more simple and we were able to get visa approval in record time. She is knowledgeable and prompt and fluent in Spanish.Despite the fac...t that we are out of the country she made every effort to make sure things were going along as scheduled and even made time for a mock Skype interview ( even though the Internet connection failed) I would recommend Jennifer's assistance to anyone searching for an immigration attorney.
