Tenant advice

Not only did Mr. Price respond timely to my message, he also spoke at length to me on the phone about my situation. His advice was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Should I need to go to court I will definitely hire Mr. Price. He gave me the utmost confidence he not only knows the law, but has the ...experience and ability to win.

Excellent Insight

Mr. Price showed creative insight to my situation. My feedback wasn't straight from the code or book His experience allowed for creativity that was very helpful and encouraging. I would highly recommend him.

Really Top Notch Attorney

Mr. price is well informed and very helpful. Even though I was too far for him to take my case he called me back and spent valuable time on the phone with me. He gave great tips and offered great solutions to my issues. I really felt better after speaking with him.

HUD code 3280.307 violation

Mr. Price was accurate, prompt and thorough in his identifying the problem and helping me clarify my own question to better address the concerns that I have. In my opinion, he confirmed what the law says regarding the building of manufactured homes and where there is a violation in my case / opinion.... He inspired me to go on to get this fixed as it was not done correctly by the manufacturer. I would hire him if it comes to that to get a resolution and make this right.
