The Lottery win of a lawyer

When I realized the car insurance of a driver who ran me off a country road (with my motorcycle) was trying to wiggle out of a proper settlement for the injury, I found Mr. Sechrest one a day before leaving to Germany. He himself and his office team were taking care of the case and transmitted all ne...ssecary papers and dates in the most efficient way. His efforts were rewarded with a good result and I found him the best of attorneys I dealt with, honest and uncomplicated. Strongly recommended!

Nothing but positive...

I have hired Mike twice in the past few years, once on a construction matter, and more recently for a slip and fall at a pharmacy. Both times he achieved successful results. He is knowledgeable in the applicable laws, and realistic about what can be accomplished. He and his staff are pleasant and ...responsive. His fees are reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him. As an attorney, I have very high standards in choosing another attorney. I am able to recognize an honorable and effective law firm, and this is one!

legal advice and representation

mike has represented me in several cases with excellent outcomes, in our first case he represented me when my previous attorney told me to "forget it" in pursuing a $60,000.00 claim saying i would spend more in legal fees - Mike was able to get me an agreeable settlement and has been my attorney ever... since, Mike is diligent, honest and extremely knowledgeable - i trust Mike unconditionally.
