Our "Immigration" journey has been long and arduous. We were incorrectly advised by previous lawyers. After several years of waiting and hoping and going to lawyers that were referred by acquaintances and friends, we decided to take our own approach and research ourselves. He was able to detect that our intent was to have our child petition for our AOS. He was very knowledgeable and up to date on the relevant issues and asked us pertinent questions. He did not provide any false hope, just facts, principles and the law which is what you really want from a true attorney. We left the room knowing we would be retaining him for our process. We provided all information requested electronically and we were very impressed with the transparency of how the trail of our file was accessible. We could tell each step of the way, what was happening with our file. Myrna, his Paralegal was always on top of things and responded promptly to questions we had. Our second and final visit to his office was a week prior to our interview. Mr. Brauwerman suggested that we had our petitioner be there even though he was out of town. He went over our entire file line by line and gave us an overview on the Interview settings. On interview day, while on our way to the Field Office, we received a call from Mr. B, which I somehow missed . When I returned his call, he was already at the office and wanted to remind us to check in and meet him in the waiting room. Our file was meticulous, the Immigration officer even commented that he notices that of Mr. B’s Client Files. The interview was very cordial. We were approved and cannot thank Mr. B and his staff enough. We highly recommend Mr. Brauwerman and his professional team. Oh did we share, that in addition to being a former well respected INS Judge, he has the greatest sense of humor.
