After finding out the news of what may occur to my citizen status, I was utterly mortified and a stressed mess, to the point of losing sleep. Upon arrival to his office I was very pleased to see how professional the place seemed and I was not wrong with my observation. The employees made me feel quite welcomed and checked in on me as I waited to be seen. Speaking with Mr. Brauwerman was indeed a pleasure. After a long and tiring process of going through the rigmarole with ICE. Still going through it. My husband the applicant and I the petitioner recently filed for adjustment of status. Received a date in the mail (12/05/2016) attended the interview with confidence and boldness.. Only to hear the agent... said. "In my opinion you guys are approved however it seems to be a problem with your I 130. There is a approved, denial and approved in your file". I turned to my husband and said "what the hell is this? Is it me, or, are these people possesd with your case". We were very disappointed. I left mental distorted. On my way home I said frig this lets get the best attorney on the market. I began searching the web for attorneys. I came across several. I began to look and review their profile, some were very impressive. Then I saw Jeffrey Braurwerman. Excellent, and very helpful consultation with Mr. Brauwerman, I had a discussion with Mr. Brauwerman back in 2014 regarding my citizenship. Due to some trouble with law Mr. Brauwerman advise me to wait five years and not to file citizenship at that moment. I followed his advice. Just recently unfortu...nate I just caught with another trouble with the law again. And I had an interview with ICE this time. Right way I contact with Mr. Brauwerman, he advises me again not too much worried about ICE because these charges are dismissed, but since I had an interview ICE, he advises me to wait for their first movement to see what they do. He was very clear about my situation what probably will happen. And I feel very reliefs to hear from him. He also advises me what to do next. I will be hiring Mr. Brauwerman in 2018 June when I will be eligible for my citizenship, and also if do have any problem with ICE before then, I will have him to take my case. I recommend anyone if they have any issue with immigration problem to hire Mr. Brauwerman without any question. And I thank him very much for his excellent service.

It was due to the excellent reviews on this site that I was motivated to seek Mr. Brauwerman's council with my case. Now I'm here to add my own 5 star review. A previous attorney was able to get my father his green card through employment but sadly I had aged out and was not granted one. I stayed ...in the system for 10 years going through motions and attempts at the Child Status Protection Act to no avail. My old attorney told me to just wait and maybe Obama would grant "Dreamers" permanent status. He also told me If I continued with my I-130 I would have to leave the US and wait in my home country, not guaranteeing a favorable outcome. I then found myself in Mr. Brauwerman's office with hope he could make sense of my case. I was emotionally moved when he assured me my case would be solved and that he had the means to do it. He was able to thoroughly analyze 10 years of receipts and notices to find the one paper that would give me solace. Eight months later, I am a permanent resident.
