I had a telephone consult with Attorney Brauwerman today and I can absolutely say, this guy knows immigration law. My wife and I were very nervous about our current situation and he provided very sound advice and went into detail on relevant statutes about our specific issue and provided additional ...detail on how to mitigate our risk going forward. I would go so far to say, that this consultation possibly saved us extreme hardship in the near future with a family separation and a costly defense of immigration and court action. After a long and tiring process of going through the rigmarole with ICE. Still going through it. My husband the applicant and I the petitioner recently filed for adjustment of status. Received a date in the mail (12/05/2016) attended the interview with confidence and boldness.. Only to hear the agent... said. "In my opinion you guys are approved however it seems to be a problem with your I 130. There is a approved, denial and approved in your file". I turned to my husband and said "what the hell is this? Is it me, or, are these people possesd with your case". We were very disappointed. I left mental distorted. On my way home I said frig this lets get the best attorney on the market. I began searching the web for attorneys. I came across several. I began to look and review their profile, some were very impressive. Then I saw Jeffrey Braurwerman. We spent atleast an hour researching all his credentials. Even the reviews. I showed them to my husband, and he said no when you see it like that, the cost has to be in the sky. I said heck, all that money wasted on all those other lawyers and nothing was done. I had a gut feeling we hit a homerun. I called right away. I spoke to Robin, she was very nice I felt comfortable. She was even concern about our drive coming in from Homested. She gave the precise location as if she was a gps. Robin gave us detailed information and was very precise. No hidden fees nor agenda. Our day for the appointment finally came this morning. The GPS took us to the exact addressed " no rerouting. Upon arriving we met Robin in person, nicer in person. She offered coffee, and made it too. 10 minutes later we met the WONDERFUL ANITA. At first I was a bit scared like oh my goodness she is like the immigration agent. Then I realized she was getting to the root of why we are there. She got stuff out of us that we had forgotten. "Wow on point ". I felt like family with her. 30 minutes later in came "the greatest in my view" Mr. Jeffery Brauwerman, and trust me I have dealt with a few. He made us feel comfortable and not like "second-class citizens ". I explained everything to him regarding the case he went as far as calling ICE. And found out that our case was under review. We spent more than a hour going over every detail, from beginning to end. Jefferey Brauwerman explained everything concerning our case as if he had been there with us from the beginning. I wanted to press the " hire button right away" he said Natalie , let's wait to see what the immigration department answer will be, before retaining us as your attorney". Wow he blew my mind. And you guys know that most attorneys, hungry are not, would have taken our money in less than a second. Mr Braurwerman, thank God your no longer a judge. Because, we would not have the pleasure of meeting you. And we are going to follow your advice and wait for an answer. If not, we will be driving from Homestead with pleasure to retain you. And Robin thanks for that coffee. .

This is unfortunate to read this poor and disgrace comments about Mr Brauwerman and his practice. His office helped me and many friends that had legal issues with immigration. He and his staff are very ethical and knowledgeable. He is honest and respectful. I brought a friend to his office and he did... not take the case because the issue was not relevant to immigration but criminal. He would never take people money if he thinks that his clients do not have a case that is backed up by immigration laws and jurisprudence. I recommend this office to anyone who wants to hear a honest, ethical, and knowledgeable lawyer in the matter of immigration services. These bad and unfair reviews are not relevant to Mr Brauwerman and associates. I know when someone is desperate he or she believes that the lawyer can change the laws and make miracles but Mr Baywerman stated to his clients during consultation: " I will do my best to help you, but the the immigration officer or the judge will make the decision." There can not be any more honesty than that. Last but not least, I prefer to pay a consultation fee and hear the truth and know where I stand with the law than spending all my saving and then being deported at the end because a lawyer lies to me in making me hear what I want to hear. I hired and consulted the Brauwerman and associates' office in the past, I have always been satisfied with the services. This office has also helped many of my friends and relatives. Many clients do not like honest and ethical lawyers. Apparently, Mr Brauwerman is being falsely criticized for his honesty and his ethical conducts. Mr Brauwerman, keep up the good work! You have helped my family in keeping us together in this country. Now, two of my children are studying in one the most prestigious universities in the state. If your office did not do a good job, who knows what would have happened to them if the family were divided at that time because of deportation by INS.I have many more to say about your excellent characters and services but words are not enough to do so. You are who you are. You make a difference!This review is from a real former client and a sincere and grateful heart!

I chose to hire Mr. Brauwerman because he seemed to no about the law. He was much more expensive than other lawyers and I thought that might make him better. I cannot imagine someone doing worse. He seemed lost in court and i felt alone. He did not tell the judge about my wife and kids. He told me he... was an immigration judge and he new what to do but then in court he just sat there. After I finish paying I never talk to him only his secretary that has no information. I feel like if I had another lawyer I would not be deported. I also feel like he did not care about me or my family. When I had to pay he always called but now that my case is over I can not get hold him.
