Biography
I am a former U.S. Immigration Judge and have also served as Regional Counsel (Southern Region) and Chief Counsel (Florida District) for the legacy U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service that now comprises three separate agencies (CIS,ICE CBP).
The Florida Bar president (1995) selected me to co-author the first three Board Certification examinations in Immigration and Nationality Law.
For seven years I was featured every Sunday on public television station WLRN (Miami-Fort Lauderdale). The show was "Immigration, USA." It was one of the highest rated shows on Sunday night local television.
I have been listed for fifteen years in The Best Lawyers in America. My law firm was selected in 2010 by U.S. News and World Report magazine as one of The Best Law Firms.
Several of the articles I have written have been published in the Florida Bar Journal. I also have several published decisions resulting from cases in the U.S. District Court and U.S. Court of Appeals.

Honest and to the point!
Mr. Brauwerman is very professional and easy to talk to. He will not take your money unless he feels he can resolve your issue. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Straightforward Answers
Unlike most attorneys I've dealt with, Mr. Brauwerman was not afraid to be completely honest instead of telling you what you wanted to hear. I paid for immigration advice and I received advice not a sales pitch. Very refreshing these days.

Honest & Experience
Attorney Brauwerman was honest and straight to the point explaining the pros and the cons. He is knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with him explaining and guiding me to the next step. I would without a doubt recommend him if you are seeking a qualified, honest and experience attorney.
