Jason Coupal blew my mind with his ability to speak the law as if he had written it himself, he was able to provide similar cases to set precedent in the situation i faced with a temporary injunction for domestic violence that was falsely filed against me in the state of florida with me being a NH r...esident, On 8/16/21 the mother of my son took him from our family home while i was at work and once i realized they were not coming back i went to the courthouse in nh and filed a petition for a parenting plan assuming she was just at a friend or family members house in nh, i then found out she had gone to florida so i went back to the courthouse and filed to have our son returned home pending the litigation regarding the parenting plan i had requested and 2 days later she had went to the courthouse in florida and filed a temporary injunction for domestic violence against me which included a no contact order to me for our son, i was served on that filing and was expected to appear in florida 2 days later and i contacted ayo & iken and jason coupal acted very fast and was able to get the hearing telephonically which took an enourmous amount of stress off my back and i will never forget the words " your honor may i proceed" and that is when jason spoke the law so fluently the judge was left with no option other to dismiss the case and inform the mother of our child that the releif she was seeking can be found in the state of NH and the case was dismissed, now I am still dealing with my initial filings in the state of NH and jason is still being as helpful as he can be in answering questions i have regarding florida law incase i should end up in the state to handle this rights and responsibilities case going forward, I honestly cannot properly articulate my level of satisfaction and appreciation of attorney coupal in this review alone but jason coupal is the man you want by your side in any family law dispute!

He and his staff were always willing to to give me help and advice through the whole process and making it a little easier to go through!. Divorce is never easy but if y...ou truly have someone on your side it makes it better. I was very surprised to see all the positive reviews for Mr. Coupal. I just found out that the child support order he was supposed to file for me last year was never completed or finalized with the courts. My ex does not pay child support, and because the ordered, was not finalized, it cannot be in... force. Mr. Coupal has left my girls & I in a very bad situation. It was his job as my attorney to make sure the order was complete and finalized. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him.
