Protected my CDL with dismissal
Had a very good experience with Gaines and his crew, the case was over pretty fast even though he went back to the prosecutor a couple of times until he got it dismissed. Happy with the outcome.

Don't hire for ticket dismissal
I hire James Gaines to get me a ticket dismissal due to me having a CDL. He did not work in my favor at all. I had to pay the ticket in full. I felt like he worked for the courts not for me, and I paid him to work for me.

Horrible lawyer
This guy didn't do anything for me but take my money. He charged me a higher rate than his website lists and did not provide any worthwhile service

Pleasant to deal with- Not effective
I hired James for a speeding violation. James was okay on communication. Expect to communicate only through email as he is impossible to reach over the phone. Understandable, he is busy and it is probably not worth him to take calls from smaller clients. However, I will say, he was unable to remove t...
