James Brandon Gaines

There's not any IP lawyers in my area so I travelled to meet with Mr. Gaines to discuss a patent file I've been working on that's gone from attorney to attorney. This case had been dragging on, and I hope Mr. Gaines' fresh eyes might be of some help, and it was his years and years of experience that ...ultimately got this closed out and my patent secure. Such a relief to not have to deal with this anymore. In the future I'll just go to James Gaines from the beginning.

I normally don't post reviews, but I simply had to in this case. Mr. Gaines was remarkable, and really did more for my case than I expected. He didn't have to go so far beyond, and I am so grateful that he took the time to go the extra mile. I had a different experience with a different attorney on a... trademark case, that went wrong. I had a bad taste in my mouth about the legal system. I know going in that the legal system is not supposed to be a fun time and is generally designed to be awful, but James took care of all of that. Love this firm and everyone there.

I loved Mr. Gaines and his staff and couldn't recommend the Gaines Law firm any more. I hired James Gaines after seeing an article on his firm, and they definitely live up to their reputation.
