I would give Jim six stars if I could. When I initially called, I was very nervous about talking to anyone about what I was experiencing. There was a part of me that thought this experience is so bananas it must just be me. Jim's sense of humor and knowledge base put me at ease almost immediately.... He was understanding, knowledgeable, prompt, and humorous. He told me what he needed from me, what he was able to do with the information I gave him and then got the job done. Jim was able to manage my case quickly and was so thorough there were no issues in resolving the matter with one encounter. I was in a very bad place mentally had fought minor depression for some time. But when I got notice form the state on Unemployment matters I fell into deep depression as that notice required a hearing and for me to prove my efforts.
