This is what occurred in an adversarial proceeding , specifically in a case involving alleged misconduct that was used to terminate me. The issue in the case was what my judgment was in a difficult, argumentative customer-facing transaction versus what the employer felt should have been done. My cond...uct was appropriate and reasonable but this had to be proved - and it was.The employer's position was completely contradicted during an aggressive cross-examination, which completely destroyed the employer's credibility. The employer was represented by a sophisticated manager who thought he was smarter than my attorney. The proceeding went very badly for the Company. David

Jim was the best! He helped me through an adversarial proceeding. After two delays with the case, the opposing party withdrew. This is not what I expected from the opposing party.
