This is what occurred in an adversarial proceeding , specifically in a case involving alleged misconduct that was used to terminate me. The issue in the case was what my judgment was in a difficult, argumentative customer-facing transaction versus what the employer felt should have been done. My cond...uct was appropriate and reasonable but this had to be proved - and it was.The employer's position was completely contradicted during an aggressive cross-examination, which completely destroyed the employer's credibility.
