Custody

Gerlach answers your calls, emails and text in a timely manner, no matter what time it is, I’ve called her early morning and late at night, she picks up. Gerlach was out of the country on vacation and still got back with me in a timely manner. During my custody battle I was a mess, she reassured me i...t will be okay, even when I felt like it wasn’t. If you’re open and honest with her she will truly fight for you.

Top-Notch Legal Representation

We hired Ms. Gerlach when my daughter had major legal issues due to her mental health. She was very committed to making sure we were always in the loop and was diligent in her communications with the courts and prosecutors in her cases. The Best Around!

Jackie Gerlach made my life complete! She worked by my side every step of the way . She helped me gain full custody of my daughter when some were against me. She fought for me! I am forever grateful for her. If u need a good lawyer look no further She is the best!

Exceeds beyond expectations!

I hired Ms Gerlach as an attorney months ago and her representation has exceeded my expectations. Even when I believe I should do one thing or believe things should go a certain way, she always shares with me options, and also the better route(s) that just may be the opposite of my perspective. She's... very timely, attentive, straight forward and honest which I believe are the most important characteristics of an individual in her profession!
