Where do I even start? Jackie and I met when I needed legal representation while incarcerated. It was all court appointed, so I honestly didn’t even have hope. After meeting her the first time (she actually came to the jail) that all kind of changed around. She won the case, was very responsive, sent... me a letter with all her info as well, so once I got out I knew where to look for more help. Within months, she helped me get full custody of my two children. Her legal advice, and the care she has for each client is unlike anything I’ve seen in the business. Hands down my lawyer for life. Thanks for all you do for my family and I.

Personable, Understand and Amazing Lawyer!

I hired Jackie when me and my ex-husband separated in 2021. My case was severely complicated because there were criminal charges pressed, I had to get multiple prote time orders, child custody and support and there was property involved that had to be decided upon. Jackie helped me through everything... and was there for me anytime something came new came up. We had several court dates to attend and she fought for me and my children to make sure we were safe and that we received the utmost care and concern from her. She was able to get my divorce finalized and we won my case! I highly recommend hiring Jackie for any of your legal needs!

Jacqueline Gerlach is a very thorough and attentive attorney. She answered all my calls and emails in a timely manner. Miss Gerlach informed me of what to expect in the courtroom. She kept in touch with the prosecution throughout my entire case. I am pleased with the outcome of my case.

Top-Notch Legal Representation

We hired Ms. Gerlach when my daughter had major legal issues due to her mental health. She was very committed to making sure we were always in the loop and was diligent in her communications with the courts and prosecutors in her cases. Professional and personally involved

Jacquelyn was able to dismiss a felony robbery charge for my friend, she was very professional and personally involved with the case she was willing to meet on weekends and on her time off would definetly reccomend her to anyone
