Honest,kind and caring!

I Hired Jacquelyn to help me get custody of my children. When she says what she is gonna do for your case ,she does it. She was successful in getting me full custody of my children twice in two different courts. You won't go wrong hiring this attorney, she will work hard for you and keep you informed...! She Rocks!!!!!!

Jackie was an advocate for me during my divorce case. She worked hard to familiarize herself with various nuances of our asset division, as well as connecting the right advisors to assist with custody and other aspects of our case.

An exceptional leader through the divorce and custody process

Jackie took extra time to not only understand my case, but also help me understand options that would best benefit me and my children based on what is permissible by Virginia law. There is so much I didn’t understand about divorce or custody matters as I had been married for 23 years, but Jackie pati...ently guided me through the process and ensured I was able to advocate for the best settlement and custody arrangement. Wins because she cares!

I recommend Jackie Gerlach from Melone Hatley, PC. She helped me receive primary custody of my son through her tenacity and meticulous navigation of my case. Court

Where do I even start? Jackie and I met when I needed legal representation while incarcerated. It was all court appointed, so I honestly didn’t even have hope. After meeting her the first time (she actually came to the jail) that all kind of changed around. She won the case, was very responsive, sent... me a letter with all her info as well, so once I got out I knew where to look for more help. Within months, she helped me get full custody of my two children. Her legal advice, and the care she has for each client is unlike anything I’ve seen in the business. Hands down my lawyer for life. Thanks for all you do for my family and I.
