Child support hearing

Hiring Ms Gerlach as my attorney was the best decision I could have ever made during my time of need. The court process can be very intimidating and the whole time I was kept up to speed and informed of what was going on. She is very professional and never once left me in the dark. Wins because she cares!

I recommend Jackie Gerlach from Melone Hatley, PC. She helped me receive primary custody of my son through her tenacity and meticulous navigation of my case. A great family lawyer

Best family lawyer around

Mrs. Gerlach is the best family law lawyer around. She is the only lawyer I intrusted in obtaining and maintaining, custody and visitation of my daughter, you should too.

Gerlach answers your calls, emails and text in a timely manner, no matter what time it is, I’ve called her early morning and late at night, she picks up. Gerlach was out of the country on vacation and still got back with me in a timely manner. During my custody battle I was a mess, she reassured me i...t will be okay, even when I felt like it wasn’t. If you’re open and honest with her she will truly fight for you.
