Successful Reduction

I received a speeding ticket in Hopewell VA, which turned out to be a significant charge. Being from out of state I sis not fully understand the speeding policy in VA. I soon began receiving letters from dozens of attorneys explaining the seriousness of this ticket. Bewildered, I sorted the letter...s based on proximity to the Hopewell Court. I found three attorneys that appeared close and checked their websites. I called and left messages with two. Jacquelyn answered the phone. I explained the circumstances to her, and she verified the seriousness of the ticket. Based on her knowledge of how the court worked in Hopewell, I retained her immediately. Her fee was very reasonable. She asked many questions about the particular circumstances of the ticket and I provided answers. She instructed me to get a copy of my driving record and send to her. She said I would not have to appear at court personally. The court date came and she sent me a not explaining when I should expect to hear from her. As promised I got the call. She explained that the ticket had been reduced to a lesser offense, which was the desired, and hoped for, outcome. Of course I understand not all situations will turn out like that, still I was pleased and relieved. I strongly believe that her professional advice, knowledge of the local jurisdiction, and of the law were all key factors in this successful outcome. I would recommend her to others in my situation, and I would retain her again without hesitation.

Very grateful

I contacted Ms. Gerlach after receiving a ticket in virginia. Myself, living in another state I had no clue what to do. She was most helpful and explained what the process would be and what she could do for me and that she would take care of it so I didn’t have to drive back to Virginia. I can’t begi...n to express my gratitude for Ms. Gerlach. Excellent lawyer, 2 thumbs up!!!
