I hired Ms Gerlach as an attorney months ago and her representation has exceeded my expectations. Even when I believe I should do one thing or believe things should go a certain way, she always shares with me options, and also the better route(s) that just may be the opposite of my perspective. I highly recommend Ms. Gerlach as an attorney for anyone who encounters a speeding ticket or reckless driving charge in Virginia. Jackie is not only bright, intelligent, personable and creative but she communicates extremely well and follows through on what she says. It is obvious she cares about h...er clients and when you call Jackie or leave a message you do not get an assistant or paralegal to answer or return your calls. You will speak directly to Jackie throughout the whole process. I received a speeding ticket on I-85 in Dinwiddie going 82 in a 70mph zone. The day after Christmas 2017 and the officer did not advise me he was writing the ticket as Reckless Driving, he just indicated I could call the court and they would advise me of the amount of my fine. Once I discovered it was reckless driving I knew I needed representation and I am grateful I discovered Ms. Gerlach. I had called a couple of attorneys and they did not instill confidence in me and then I spoke to Jackie and I knew I had found the best representation. She really went to work on my behalf and upon completion of an online driving course and $91.00 in court costs my case is dismissed from reckless driving. It was even better than I had hoped for. And in addition to that, since I lived out of state in NC, I did not have to appear in court thanks to her accepting me as her client and representing my interests. I cannot say enough about Ms. Gerlach and if you want the best representation possible at a reasonable cost, you could not have better legal counsel than Ms. Gerlach. I will never forget how she was able to assist me and have my case dismissed.

She was able to get "failure to maintain control" charges dropped. It was single vehicle accident hitting a mailbox and skidding on lawn and she talked to prosecutor and get charges dropped. I recommend you talk with her about your case. Her fees are very reasonable, better than a misdemeanor con...viction!
