You will speak directly to Jackie throughout the whole process. I received a speeding ticket on I-85 in Dinwiddie going 82 in a 70mph zone. The day after Christmas 2017 and the officer did not advise me he was writing the ticket as Reckless Driving, he just indicated I could call the court and they would advise me of the amount of my fine. Once I discovered it was reckless driving I knew I needed representation and I am grateful I discovered Ms. Gerlach. I had called a couple of attorneys and they did not instill confidence in me and then I spoke to Jackie and I knew I had found the best representation. She really went to work on my behalf and upon completion of an online driving course and $91.00 in court costs my case is dismissed from reckless driving. It was even better than I had hoped for. And in addition to that, since I lived out of state in NC, I did not have to appear in court thanks to her accepting me as her client and representing my interests. I cannot say enough about Ms. Gerlach and if you want the best representation possible at a reasonable cost, you could not have better legal counsel than Ms. Gerlach.
