The day after Christmas 2017 and the officer did not advise me he was writing the ticket as Reckless Driving, he just indicated I could call the court and they would advise me of the amount of my fine. Once I discovered it was reckless driving I knew I needed representation and I am grateful I discovered Ms. Gerlach. I had called a couple of attorneys and they did not instill confidence in me and then I spoke to Jackie and I knew I had found the best representation. She really went to work on my behalf and upon completion of an online driving course and $91.00 in court costs my case is dismissed from reckless driving. It was even better than I had hoped for.
