The day after Christmas 2017 and the officer did not advise me he was writing the ticket as Reckless Driving, he just indicated I could call the court and they would advise me of the amount of my fine. Once I discovered it was reckless driving I knew I needed representation and I am grateful I discovered Ms. Gerlach. I received a speeding ticket in Hopewell VA, which turned out to be a significant charge. Being from out of state I sis not fully understand the speeding policy in VA. I would recommend her to others in my situation, and I would retain her again without hesitation.
