Biography
I graduated from the University of Arizona in 1987 where I earned a Juris Doctorate in Law. Before law school, I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1981 from Arizona State University. In addition to my legal experience, I also have broad experience in business, public service and management of non-profit entities. Focusing my practice on consumer bankruptcy matters, consumer litigation matters, business formations and provides legal representation and counseling in estate planning, wealth retention and probate matters.
I am licensed to practice law in Arizona and have represented debtors, and creditors, in hundreds of bankruptcy cases. I also have provided estate planning services and represented clients in probate, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings throughout Arizona in Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, Gila, Coconino, Navajo, Apache and Yavapai Counties.
