Will never go anywhere else

Just wanted to give recognition where it is deserved and thank Elizabeth for being an amazing family attorney and even winding up a friend as well. It’s been almost three years and we are basically done. Still needs a few tweaks but the end result will allow us to accomplish those in due process. She is a realist who will tell you what she needs to no matter how much you don’t want to hear it. There’s no sugar coating her words, period.... but she will also stand beside you in choosing to stand your ground against the odds. She’s aggressive and stern when and where she needs to be without strong arming opposing counsel, risking looking like, well basically an ass. These qualities make her presentation exactly what you would need in an attorney when pitted up against any shark. I truly believe we are where we are today in part because of the way she handles herself. You were just doing the job you were hired for, but to us, we are more than grateful for the opportunity to have you on our side and will always keep you close for any future endeavors. I know that it is standard practice in law to have scales or a gavel or some other symbol that says “attorney”. But I wanted to choose a symbol that didn’t just stand for the practice of law, but that represented my purpose for practicing law.

The Owl represents Athena- who is the Greek goddess of wisdom, prudent warfare and guardian of people. For centuries, Athena has symbolized an astute companion and protector of those who are embarking on dangerous journeys or facing struggles.

I practice law with the goal in mind to help people when they need it the most-when they are facing legal issues. They don’t call them “legal battles” because they are easy.

Highly Recommended

Due to our previous lawyer situation it was a so nice to work with elizabeth We hired elizabeth for a child custody case and she did everything in her power to represent us she has prompt call back would meet us when ever we needed to meet and honestly cared we will use no one else but her from now on and i would strongly recommend her

A Great Team Member

Elizabeth was a huge resource to me in my dissolution. I came to her confused and overwhelmed and walked out confident and uplifted. There was no more stress and I was able to have my dissolution done right there in her office when everything was said and done. She and her legal assistant Kris are lovely people and are there to help. I highly recommend her and her team.

It was a long road but we got there!

Elizabeth represented me in a very complicated post decree matter. She was my third attorney and I wish she had been the first. We had to contend with an incredibly difficult opposing party but Elizabeth persevered with me. It took more than a year, but in the end Elizabeth was able to reduce my spousal support obligation by more than $250,000, shortening the term of payments significantly and the amount of the payments some as well. She was also able to help me to finally get my name off the house I owned with my ex, 5 years after the divorce. I can now move on with my life! Elizabeth was also really accommodating with allowing me to have a payment plan as my divorce had already caused me to have to file bankruptcy before I came to her. Her rate is very reasonable, her staff is very pleasant, and she was very professional but also very caring in representing me. She set very realistic expectations with me up front and absolutely did not surgarcoat the situation. Our goal was to achieve the best outcome possible and get closure for my situation, and I feel that was accomplished. Of course I hope that I never have to see the inside of a courthouse again, but if I do, Elizabeth will be going in there with me. I would highly recommend her.

Highly recommend

Elizabeth is amazing. She is able to balance \"tough advocacy\" with a caring perspective. She is very straight forward and takes the time to explain the process. I have had attorneys before, and Elizabeth, by far, has been the most accurate as far as what to expect and how to best advocate for myself as well. I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Best Attorney on Planet Earth

I had very long complicated childsupport case, Elizabeth was my second attorney I hired and I wish she was the first!. She immediately started rolling the ball, due to her diligence, competence and knowledge, justice was served for my two small children. She was educating me and keeping me informed throughout the process, the legal fees are more than reasonable. she treated me like I was her only client. I would highly recommend her.

Happily Divorced

I hired Elizabeth to help me obtain a divorce from a woman I hadn't had contact with in over a decade. I thought the fact that I didn't know where this person was or how to contact her would surely make things prohibitively complicated, but I left Elizabeth's office after our first meeting feeling as if a huge weight had been lifted. She confidently and clearly took me through my options and their necessary steps so that, by the time our first meeting concluded, I not only felt relieved about having finally taken the first step in obtaining my divorce, but also wondered why I'd waited so long. Once I had officially hired Elizabeth after that first consultation, things moved along quickly and seamlessly just as she'd outlined. Though I hope to never find myself in need of Elizabeth's services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who did.

Highly Recommended

I hired Elizabeth for a contested divorce. She was referred to me by a friend of a friend. She was extremely easy to work with and very thorough. Opposing counsel was very arrogant and unprofessional. Throughout the process Elizabeth did not lower herself to their level and maintained a good professional composure. It was nice to have someone I could trust to handle the stress of the divorce so I didnt have to. I dont believe anyone wins in a divorce but we definatly came out ahead of my goals. I would highly recommend her and have already recommended her to friends.

So helpful!!

I consulted Ms Warren because I was having a difficult time understanding some of the legal processes I was going through with my current lawyer. Miss Warren was able to provide me with a very thorough understanding, both written and verbal, of what was occurring. This was done in a very timely manner. Always on top of things

My search for a lawyer started at 6:30pm. I emailed a few lawyers & at 7:30 pm that same day Elizabeth was responding to me. I told her up front that is what sold me on her & she always did everything I asked her to do in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend her to anyone as a matter of fact I already have!!!!

Great Choice

Dissolution of Marriage

Elizabeth handled the dissolution of my marriage. She came recommended from my church and was excellent in every way. From day one, she was a great and very patient listener, always asking questions to bring about the best resolution.
