Ginger Theresa Wentz

Ms. Wentz was an appointed lawyer for a dear friend who had an "oops" moment and had her probation revoked. She was being held in Cherokee County Detention Center in Canton. As this young lady has no family to help or support her from the "outside", I stepped in and contacted Ms. Wentz after learning... that she was her appointed attorney. I met with Ms Wentz and had several phone and text conversations with her, and quickly learned that she FAR exceeded any pre-conceived notion I had about court appojnted lawyers. She was sincere, responsive and and diligent in helping my friend, and I got the immediate impression that she really cared about the people she represents.Her and her staff made every effort to find an alternative to what surely would have been a longer stay in jail, and a harsher sentence if there was to be a hearing. I also learned that Ms.Wentz has a private practice in family law,which supported my theory that she genuinely cares. I have reccomended several of my friends to her that live in the Ellijay, Talking Rock, and Jasper areas and will continue to do in the future. If She tells you something, you can endorse it, stamp it and take it to the bank. Very rare indeed, in this day of "Hurry up and wait" attorney/client relationships. Again, VERY highly reccomended

Ginger Wentz is an angel of mercy in my opinion. After hiring 2 five star attorneys and spending every dime I could rake and scrape which was equal to my first mortgage on my son and my criminal cases in N Ga.I had lost all faith in the justice system. Being lawyerless and no where to turn. I met Ginger Wentz. She was already aware of the case and ...knew that innocence would prevail and took my case. She was very knowledgeable having assisted the D.A. in Cherokee County for years she knew how the system worked. My opinion of attorneys was completely changed, it was hard to believe that a person of her stature was more concerned about right and wrong than just filling her bank account. GINGER WENTZ is the epitome of a professional,knowledgable, kind and caring attorney. She called, even at late hours, to keep us informed. She referred to us as "loved ones" of the inmate she was representing. That impressed me very much because that is what we are, even though he had made some poor ...choices. She did her work in a very timely manner although she has many other clients.
