Biography
I am a trial lawyer in Phoenix, Arizona. I handle a wide variety of cases. If it is a case that speaks to justice, I'll consider it. My goal as a lawyer is to help clients navigate their challenges in a way that minimizes costs and gives them the best chance of getting a postive outcome. Often, the first question I will ask a client is, "What are your goals in all of this?" I believe that our communication as lawyer-client is very, very important. I prepare all my cases as if they are going to trial. That way, we operate from the most informed position.
I grew up in Phoenix in the late 70s and 80s. I went to Brophy and then Yale and finally Northwestern School of Law in Chicago. I love Phoenix, even if it's gotten too big.
