Because of his failure to call the defendant as a plaintiff's witness and allow the court to hear our evidence of his unethical behavior, our claim for punitive damages was dismissed ...before the defense even called a witness. Thereafter, Mr. Hannel refused to ask the important questions. I was forced to watch as my chance for justice went down the drain along with $108,000 of my money.
