Having lived and assisted in the running of a small tech based business in that particular area of the world provided me with insight into prevailing views on regulation of monopolies. Understanding the complexity of the procedural steps of the case from the perspective of the US legal system was helpful in explaining where things might lead next in the process. Coming from the UK I could see what aspects of the judicial process might be particularly unfamiliar for English legal professionals and therefore which parts needed to be “translated” in more detail in legalese. I enjoyed working with you on this matter and hope your future ventures in the US continue to be fruitful and rewarding!
