Replied last April 21, 2020Thank you! Knowing the local attitudes to the issues in your larger scale matter went some way to predicting the court’s ruling. Having lived and assisted in the running of a small tech based business in that particular area of the world provided me with insight into prevailing views on regulation of monopolies. Understanding the complexity of the procedural steps of the case from the perspective of the US legal system was helpful in explaining where things might lead next in the process. Coming from the UK I could see what aspects of the judicial process might be particularly unfamiliar for English legal professionals and therefore which parts needed to be “translated” in more detail in legalese.
