Biography
It is my policy to offer a sliding-scale fee (per-hour rate) that is based a client's proven income and assets.
Payment of a non-refundable retainer that is equivalent to 10-hours of my time is normally required.
A discount to my sliding-scale fee may be available to veterans of the United States military services who were honorably discharged.
Payment by bank money order, bank check, or valid cash is required; personal checks and credit cards are not accepted at this time.
