Biography
Evan is a cum laude graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law, class of 2012 and received the Excellence in Criminal Law Award from the faculty for his graduating class. He was selected as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2021 by his peers. A distinciton awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys. Evan has extensive experience practicing civil law . He has successfully conducted numerous jury and bench trials as well as arbitrations. Prior to attending law school Evan was an award-winning broadcast journalist. Evan is a skilled domestic litigator.
