Ellie K. Vilendrer is a distinguished mediator and arbitrator with Signature Resolution, recognized nationally for her leadership as Chair-Elect of the American Bar Association's Section of Dispute Resolution and her work advancing dispute resolution legislation and policy. She serves on the American Arbitration Association's Commercial, Technology, Healthcare, and Employment arbitration panels.
Over nearly two decades of practice, Ellie has built a career handling complex commercial disputes while developing deep expertise in technology, privacy, and intellectual property law. She holds the distinguished certifications of Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), and is co-author of the data privacy chapter in the Representing the Ongoing Business Deskbook (3rd Edition).
