Excellent Immigration Services for H1b Software Developers

Elizabeth and her associate Jackie helped our company with a smooth and successful H1b transfer. We are now in the process of obtaining a green card for our employee. We discovered Elizabeth through a friend and feel very fortunate that we did. As a software development company, we have gone through ...this process several times. Elizabeth and her associate Jackie are very detailed, professional and friendly. Her fees are quite reasonable and very clearly laid out in her fee agreements. We definitely appreciate this because our previous lawyer always found something to charge us for. We will utilize her for our other H1b employee’s needs. Made a Difficult Process Easy!

Dealing with the Immigration and Naturalization of a foreign worker can be a daunting task but Elizabeth made it so much easier for us. We hired an employee from Mexico and needed to get him and his family up to the U.S. We tried to get an understanding of the INS process and the requirements we ne...eded to meet but it is all very confusing if you've never done it before. Elizabeth walked us and our employee through the process, how long it would take and provided us with a list of the documents that we needed to supply such as college transcripts, birth certificates etc. Elizabeth handled everything else all of the many forms were completed and submitted to the agency and our employee was approved and received the necessary visas. Elizabeth really did make a difficult and often opaque process very easy and clear for us to get through. She also has an excellent staff that responds quickly to any questions or guidance that we needed as we proceeded and I would highly recommend Elizabeth's firm.
