I received a DUI in May 2011. I had been drinking, but knew there was no possible way that I was a BAC of 1.87. I had had 2 drinks in a matter of 4 hours. I was arrested; my car towed and forced to spend 10 hours in Hillborough County Jail. Afterwards, I asked my family attorney to recommend some...one. He said he had heard of Ty Trainer but was not familiar with his practice. I contacted their office and set up an appointment. I was not able to meet with Mr Trayner personally but was shuffled to his partner. He said that it looked like it would be an easy process and they would help me thru it and would contact me once they reviewed the case. I never heard anything. They immediately wanted a retainer of $3000.00. As my case came closer and closer to being presented in front of the judge, I started to do research on my own. I found that the machine I was tested on was faulty and had been having problems for days and was totally shut down the next day and sent for repairs. (of course HCSO never notified anyone of this) I made copies of everything and faxed them to my attorney asking him to please call me back ASAP (this was a Friday and my appearance was the following Monday in Court) I never heard anything. When I showed up for court, My Trayner was very unorganized, was not familiar with my case at all and even called me by the wrong name. (twice) Needless to say, I was very scared that I was being railroaded and not represented. When I went over the papers on the machine, and medical records that would explain the roadside test, he told me there was no chance that I was right. I should accept what the court was going to give and move forward with my life. I flat out refused. He said there was NO POSSIBLE way I would get it reduced or dismissed. I told him I would not accept a DUI and did not understand why he was not listening to me. This all happened in less than 10 min while court was going on. (it was my 1st and only conversation with my attorney) I was very upset and did not understand why my attorney wasn’t taking this seriously and fighting for me. When he said that he would take it to trial if I insisted, all he wanted before I left the court was a payment of $5000.00. When I was called in front of the judge, I dismissed him immediately as my attorney and asked the judge for a continuance for me to have another represent me. Less than a week later I hired Eilam Isaak from Tampa FL. His fees were more than acceptable, I trusted him immediately. He was not rushing me and was truely involved with the meeting and situaton. He was so interested in every aspect of the case, he was informative, only dealt one on one with me and was very impressed with the information I had already pulled up to assist on my case. During the process he kept me very up to date on everything that was happening. Made sure that if I didn't need to make an appearence in court, that I knew in advance. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to at all times, even to put me at ease on the smallest details. With seemingly no effort at all, ( I'm sure for him it was) He had the BAC suppressed and the charges were reduced to reckless driving with no problems at all. He was even willing to go to trial but was unsure of the outcome due to a new judge being on the bench. There was no additional fee to go to trial either. Having been almost a year now since it had all started, I accepted the plea. I never had to go to trial. I know had I hired him 1st, I would have never lost my license for 6 months and I would have been represented fairly and thoroughly. I hope I never need him again, but Mr. Isaak would be my 1st and only choice and the 1st call that I would make. I can't thank him enough.

I had an auto accident, and 2 charges associated with that accident. Mr. Isaak was able to get my charges dropped, record expunged, and basically got my life back. He was able to accommodate my constantly changing schedule, including frequent out-of-town traveling. No matter where I was, Mr. Isaak... made sure I had everything taken care of. Words cannot begin to describe my appreciation for Mr. Isaak's efforts in resolving my case with outstanding results.
